    HOURS: 10:00PM - 6:00AM

    The Security Technician Level II is responsible for global oversight of the safety and security of company employees, as well as preventing the company's assets from loss or damage that may be incurred as a result of theft, negligence or procedural error. This position requires Technicians to oversee building operations and the Worldwide Security Control Center on a 24 hour continuum.


    Perform duties and responsibilities as they relate to the WorldWide Security Control Center. Monitor and respond to global alerts, alarms and events impacting company facilities, markets, travelers and employees. Providing immediate information and assistance as needed through mass communication notifications and notify security managamnet of events in real time. These events include national and international events that may negatively impact regional stability. Ensure global security equipment is operating to establish standards by performing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly checks of the systems, as well as monitoring web based applications. Initiate service calls and document steps taken for failed equipment. Monitor building related security systems including CCTV, card access control, alarm monitoring, metal scan and x-ray systems in accordance with policy and procedure. Respond to incidents as needed, such as medical emergencies, security investigations and situations requiring a Security presence. Provide a safe and secure work environment while providing quality customer service to all employees and visitors who visit or phone the building. Man the security posts throughout the building and as directed by Security Management. Enforce all departmental and company policies and procedures. Responsible for completing inter-department reports and logs accurately and in a timely manner.

    • HOURS: 10:00pm - 6:00am

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Arts degree preferred
    • Previous security experience preferred
    • Experience with access control, alarm systems and closed circuit television (CCTV)
