THE MAX Challenge is looking for a motivated individual to help ensure we are delivering 5-STAR service to our loyal members during the Mon-Fri time frame, and one weekend a month.
If you are motivated to excel in customer service, sales and have a passion to develop relationships inside the center, this position may be right for you.
Communicate with members on social media, in person and by phone
Administrative duties including data entry, monitoring attendance, POS transactions, in-center maintenance, etc, utilizing Google drives, docs, sheets, work with software such as Trello, and other apps.
Deliver 5-star customer service
Smile daily and often, turn anything into a positive situation.
High-five people for doing a fantastic job on their fitness journey, and guide others when they have hit a bump in the road.
Have a great time while at work
1 week of Training provided at our Corporate office, fitness experience NOT necessary- but helpful. (Paid training) Then two weeks of on site training with the management team in our sister location.

$17 an hour PLUS complimentary membership (valued at $99 per month!)
Ability to work 25 hours a week, and have a reliable vehicle.
