VP; Sftwr Engineer sought by Bank of America N.A. to promote accessibility w/in the organization, advocate for considering accessibility as a vital part of the customer exp. Conduct wireframe & design review, provide feedback & suggestions for address accessibility related concerns. Remote work may be permitted w/in a commutable distance from the worksite. Reqs: Master's or equiv. & 3 yrs exp. in: Utilizing modern engineering practices incl. CI/CD, build tools, version control, & test driven development to support accessible & compliant delivery; Providing accessibility expertise across the full Sftwr Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from reqs & design through development, testing, deployment, & maintenance, ensuring alignment with WCAG 2.1/2.2 & PDF/UA standards.
