Job Description
Sustainability Coordinator (Haddonfield, NJ): Coord'n of architectural docs for sustainability initiatives incl LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), Passive House & Enterprise Green Communities designation; ensure dsgns meet min. reqmts for desired sustainability designation; Prep conceptual dsgn of bldgs/sites using sustainable dsgn principals; produce architectural construction docs incl overall bldg plans, roof plans, exterior bldg elevations, bldg sections, wall sections, bldg details & schedule of values; prep forms/contracts under suprvsn of licensed architect. Reqs Master of Sci. in Sustainable Dsgn + min. Bachelor of Architecture + 6 mths exp as Architectural intern & proficiency in bldg Integrated Modeling (BIM), ArchiCAD office mgr & rendering s/ware.
