Process Engineer
(Somerset, NJ). Resp for assisting w/ the implmtn of new machines & technologies in the mfg of Bone Anchored Hearing Devices ("BAHS"). Resp for contributing to the dsgn & modification of existing production processes in line w/ dvlpmt of new BAHS products. Support new product research & dvlpmt by conducting Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to identify potential operational failures rltd to the co.'s mfg processes & possible vulnerabilities in productivity, qlty, & safety. Help create training curricula & assist w/ providing instruction on various industrial & operational processes. Help conduct product/process commissioning & provide engg support for existing processes. Collaborate w/ engg & techn'l support teams in the creation of technically feasible prototypes & test samples to meet consumer & operational objectives. Dsgn, dvlp, & test techniques to accurately assess product & process performance specs at the direction of mfg mgrs. Perform other, similar rltd tasks as necessary. Reqmts: Bachelor's deg in Robotics Engg, Mechanical Engg, Electrical Engg, or any closely rltd field (or foreign equiv) & 3 yrs' exp as a Process Engineer, Support Engineer or any closely rltd position. Must have demonstrated exp in the medical device mfg industry. Employer will accept a 3- or 4-yr bachelor's deg which has been found to be equiv to a U.S. deg as determined by a credential evaluation service. Salary: $100,000 - $125,000/yr.
