Principle – IT Operations Management

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Principle – IT Operations Management (Warren, NJ) to design & implement critical IT change & release management processes, work instructions, policies & activities in compliance with ITIL V3 framework. Requires Bach degree or foreign equiv in Comp Sci, IT, or related fld & 1 year of Change & Release Management exp. Must have exp with: Designing & implementing processes, work instructions & activities in compliance with ITIL V3 framework; Writing clear, concise, & accurate process documentation (i.e., knowledge article, Change & Release functional design/requirements, policy, & procedures); Developing & maintaining precise process documentation & accurate usage of the Change & Release management tools; Administration skills in ServiceNow; ServiceNow change & Release module & all supported ITSM processes; ServiceNow Platform; JIRA, SharePoint, DevOps tools such as SVN (subversion, source code repository), CI tool (Hudson, Jenkins) & other IT tracking tools; Configuration, Incident, Request, & Problem management standards & methodologies; Service management principles; SDLC processes involving multiple engineering efforts; Excel reporting; IT Infrastructure, Virtualization, Security, App/Dev, Cloud Models & Technological Change; & Agile, Scrum, & DevOps practices. Will accept 2 years of work exp in lieu of the degree requirement. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or exp. Local telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
