Contract type: Permanent contract

To contribute tothe success of the Groupe SEB USA marketing strategy for the T-fal cookwarebusiness. Specific duties include:

  • Product Development and Commercialization
    • Serve as liaison with Strategic Business Unitto develop new products on specific categories (with support from SeniorProduct Manager)
    • Lead all efforts to create best in classdigital content for product launches (SEO content, Video, Photography)
    • Work in coordination with the Trade Marketingteam to create merchandising, including packaging and planogram development
    • Partner with Sales Organization to supportproduct sell-in with launch decks, promotional programs and retail materials
    • Work with consumer experience team to manageomnichannel activation efforts (PR, Digital, Media, Trainings, etc.)
  • Business Planning and Management
    • Create profit calculations as part of the programapproval process
    • Manage product portfolio through SKURationalization
    • Analyze monthly business performance (POS) and marketperformance results (NPD); make recommendations and execute plans to driveimprovements
    • Lead all competitive analysis efforts toidentify new product opportunities 



  • Bachelor'sdegree in Marketing, MBA preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of brand or product management experience
  • Ability to implement Omni-channel go-to-marketstrategies with specific knowledge on the Digital path (specifically Amazon)
  • Previous experience working with retail environment toapply merchandising knowledge 
  • Effective knowledge of P&L management
  • Abilityto communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a domestic Marketingteam and as part of an international development team
  • Organized,detail-oriented and strong follow-through skills
  • Abilityto take initiative, Flexible and Enthusiastic
