Are you smart, competitive, a quick learner and love people? We are looking for energetic folks who enjoy helping people protect what's important. You will be working with an award winning Allstate Insurance agency with two locations in Morris County, NJ (Denville and Long Valley). You would work primarily out of our Denville, NJ location.

We're most interested in hiring passionate, trustworthy, authentic, confident, and driven individuals with stellar communication (oral and written) skills. These individuals need to be focused and have the desire to spend their days contributing to a positive and respectful work environment. Preliminary insurance knowledge is not needed, although a facility for learning is essential. We will teach you everything you need to know about this service-based industry and our agency's customer-centric approach. Insurance Sales Representatives will be required to obtain their NJ Property and Casualty licenses.
