Job Description

Allstate agency is seeking an administrative/customer service professional for our Edgewater area.  We're looking for a positive person with a warm and outgoing personality to provide outstanding service to our customers.  This staff member would be first to greet our customers via telephone and in person at the office as our receptionist and also assist with a variety of customer service duties including:

  • assisting with billing inquiries
  • compiling audits
  • maintaining contact information databases
  • policy updates
  • distribution of faxes and voice mails
  • assisting in maintaining client files and records
  • assist in appointment setting

Skills & Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude

• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills

A property & casualty license is preferred

• Great Customer Service Skills

• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude
