Technical Support Analyst, PC*MILER
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for diagnosing and assisting users in resolving complex problems with the PC*MILER suite of products. Additionally, you will record and report software bugs and usability problems to project/product managers for corrective action. Responsibilities also include interfacing with developers, project managers, and testers. This position requires a high level of communication through phone and email.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Computer Technical Support or equivalent; BS in IT, MIS, IS, preferred
* 0 - 2 years of relevant support experience (through jobs or internships)
* Previous experience supporting a 3rd party or proprietary software desirable
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Able to interact with customers in a professional manner
* Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities
