Description
Sales Manages up to 14 Area Sales Managers (ASMs). Responsible for recruiting, developing, and motivating a high-performance sales team to meet and/or exceed all critical sales performance objectives. Analyzes ASM activities including time management, account prospecting and account management, sales execution and selling skills. Conducts monthly reviews of ASM field performance. Develops and review daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales objectives. Coordinates ASM call routes to obtain maximum efficiencies in production.
Responsibilities:
- Working territories to achieve targeted Market Depth
- Managing targeted metric goals
- Performance Management
- Developing relationships with decision makers at key dealerships (Customer Strategic Management)
- Analyzing and preparing reports
- Manage up to 13 people
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
- 2 years of experience in Sales Management
- 2 years of experience in Business to Business Sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Finance
- 5 years of experience in Sales Management
- 5 years of experience in Business to Business Sales experience
- 1 year of experience in Training and Development
- 1 year of experience in presenting in front of associates; offsite meetings
- 1 year of experience in statistical analysis; analyzing numbers and trends
